Paula Stachyra is an award-winning celebrity chef, best-selling author, media personality, keynote speaker, president of Portugallo® Sauces, business growth consultant, model/actress, PR agent and event and wellness retreat host.  

Over the years, Paula has earned widespread recognition for her exceptional culinary expertise, developing recipes for restaurants, major national brands and celebrities, including AC Barbecue by Cedric The Entertainer and Anthony Anderson, and contributing to Brian Baumgartner’s book, Seriously Good Barbecue and The Official Cornhole Cookbook. She has been part of many successful restaurant openings, culinary tours and reviewing restaurant menu items. From his work with iHeartMedia, WFLM 104.5 The Flame, and Universal Music Distribution, Eddie knows how to create buzz, fill the room, and keep the energy going—on land or at sea.
